Refund policy
At Lovaline Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have the right to return eligible products within the applicable withdrawal period.
Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the Withdrawal Button available on our website or contact us at orders@lovaline.com within the 14-day withdrawal period. You will be asked to provide your name and order reference to identify your purchase. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
LIP LOVER BALM
For hygiene and product safety reasons, our lip balm is supplied with an outer carton that is secured with a tamper-evident security sticker - indicating first opening. The PAO (period of use after opening) begins once the balm itself is opened for first use, meaning it can no longer be returned, refunded or resold.
If the tamper-evident label remains intact and the product has not been opened or used, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer law.
THE PRECISION MULTI BRUSH
For hygiene and product safety reasons, our makeup brush is supplied with a transparent protector over the bristles, an aluminium cap and an outer carton that is secured with a tamper-evident security sticker - indicating first opening.
Our makeup brush may only be returned if it is unused and in its original packaging. Brushes that have been removed from their packaging, used, or handled in a way that affects hygiene or alters the shape or condition of the bristles are not eligible for return or refund.
DARLING BEAUTY BAG
The beauty pouch may be returned provided it is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. If the pouch shows signs of use, wear, stains, odours, or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and characteristics, we may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value or refuse the return if the item is no longer suitable for resale.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by law or where the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to Lovaline Beauty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Such products may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
