We are a small team that takes great care in packaging your products. Please, allow for up to 5 business days to process your order before shipping.
Once your order is carefully packaged, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Orders only ship on business days ( Monday to Friday)
Delivery takes up to 2 business days after shipping (for Bulgaria).

Return Policy
We accept returns only if products have not been opened and within 14 days of purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return only unused product in its original packaging with the original labels on it.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

After receiving your return, we will inspect the condition of the item(s) and validate it.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and you can expect a refund in 14 days from return receipt.
